Key Responsibilities

  • •Own projects end-to-end: scoping, build, testing, rollout, and post-rollout support.
  • •Serve as go-to owner for a set of business systems and processes by partnering with Finance, Operations, Member Services, and Engineering.
  • •Drive requirements gathering through deployment for system enhancements, including solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • •Configure and administer business-critical platforms (workflows, custom objects, permissions, reports, and automations) and support NetSuite day-to-day.
  • •Plan and execute UAT and lead change management, troubleshooting user issues and data errors, and creating documentation/training for end users.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in business systems analysis, systems administration, or systems implementation.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring and administering at least one business-critical platform (ERP, CRM, order management, or support).
  • •Understanding of core finance or operations processes and how data moves between systems.
  • •Exposure to scripting, APIs, or automation tooling, with an appetite to go deeper.
