Job Summary

Own NPI materials planning for quick-turn and new product introduction builds, partnering with Engineering Program Management, GCM, and manufacturing to align requirements, CTB readiness, and build timelines. Manage schedule shortages, consigned materials demand in ERP, and BOM/MRP updates through SAP. Use data analytics to surface risks, improve supply chain efficiency, and run review meetings and executive reporting to keep internal and external teams aligned.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Engineering Program Management to understand build requirements and support materials transition, samples delivery, and deviation release for new products.
•Manage build schedule shortages affecting CTB readiness and mitigate materials supply risks with the materials support team.
•Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (GCM, engineering, manufacturing) to align NPI material requirements and build timelines using data analytics.
•Drive continuous improvement to streamline NPI processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain performance.
•Manage consigned materials demand in ERP, monitor BOM changes, and provide consolidated material status updates and executive reports; run review meetings with internal and external teams (CMs).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in operations, IE, supply chain, or business, with 8+ years most recent experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain management.
•Experience using ERP/MRP demand planning and forecasting tools, with strong understanding of NPI processes and supply chain dynamics.
•Experience working with BOM in an OEM/CM environment.
•Project skills in AI-driven tools design/development as a business user is a strong plus.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
