Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service in a Puma Store to meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability. Key Responsibilities

•Provide the highest levels of service to customers to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals.
•Maintain high standards of customer experience in store according to Puma’s brand values and service standards.
•Complete all required training programs domestically and globally to drive store results.
•Attend Loss Prevention education and ensure store-wide loss prevention and operational compliance.
•Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management and participate in new store openings/closings; travel may be required.

•Provide high levels of customer service and consistently meet or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability goals through effective servicing of customers.
•Maintain consistently high standards of customer experience in line with Puma brand values and service standards.
•Complete all required training programs (Domestic and Global) to drive results within the store.
•Attend and participate in Loss Prevention education, training and awareness programs and ensure operational compliance within the store.
•Communicate merchandise opportunities to Store Management and assist in store openings/closings; travel may be required.
