Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, monitor, and enforce company safety policies and programs across regional locations.
  • •Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments at branch locations, job sites, and facilities.
  • •Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable safety regulations, applying OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards.
  • •Investigate accidents, near-misses, property damage, vehicle incidents, and injuries; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • •Maintain incident and training documentation, conduct safety trainings and stand-downs, and report safety metrics and trends to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to prepare policies, reports, and safety communications, and to lead training and safety meetings.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and identifying safety trends.
