Job Summary

Design and contribute to research plans that answer key client questions, build research instruments, and manage data collection and fieldwork. Analyze quantitative and qualitative findings to filter data, produce toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos, and help clients turn insights into decisions. Partner across internal and external teams while serving as a subject-matter expert in core methods and tools within your specialty area.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and contribute to research plans that address objectives and key questions.
•Draft research instruments such as surveys, polls, screeners, discussion guides, and Boolean searches.
•Manage and execute data gathering and fieldwork, including external vendor management when needed.
•Project-manage Insights-based projects to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with internal and external clients.
•Pull, format, and analyze data to generate insights and produce research deliverables including toplines, reports, visualizations, presentations, and memos.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience primarily in market research, including quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
•Demonstrated experience using qualitative and quantitative primary research methods such as surveys, in-depth interviews, and focus groups.
•Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
•Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
•Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
