Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design, development, and deployment of high-performance, scalable, secure AWS cloud solutions for the On-Guard managed service.
  • •Build, scale, and secure underlying AWS infrastructure that hosts On-Guard, including infrastructure services, deployments, monitoring, and performance/health metrics.
  • •Automate routine tasks and deployments using infrastructure-as-code to enable onboarding, rapid configuration changes, and repeatable architecture.
  • •Collaborate with software developers and end users to diagnose issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement engineering changes.
  • •Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and work with information/cyber security to perform audits and make proactive security recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of experience using Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, VPC, etc.) or other cloud platforms, with a heavy focus on AWS networking and cloud IaaS knowledge.
  • •3–6 years of proven networking experience with AWS basics, including IaC, VPCs, VPN tunnels, CloudWatch, Lambda, and debugging root causes.
  • •3–6 years troubleshooting and identifying root causes for issues.
  • •3–6 years experience with PowerShell, Python, and C# (most preferred) plus SQL database management and Windows patching.
  • •3+ years experience with RESTful and SOAP-based APIs and 3+ years using IaC/automation tools (e.g., AWS SSM, Ansible, Chef) and managing Windows Server/Hyper-V (or VMware).
