Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across agencies, sectors, and departments to strengthen governance and risk mitigation.
  • •Prepare and implement ERM audit plans aligned with relevant policies, including inspection and audit plans, and submit periodic reports.
  • •Pursue and maintain advanced professional expertise in enterprise risk to strengthen organizational capability.
  • •Review and periodically assess risks for all activities and roles across agencies, sectors, and departments; provide feedback on mitigation plans and follow up on implementation.
  • •Elevate risk-awareness among employees and concerned parties on an ongoing basis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
  • •3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree or 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree
  • •Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
  • •Experience coordinating across agencies, sectors, and departments to implement risk policies and action plans
  • •Ability to prepare periodic major-risk reports and ERM audit plans and ensure timely delivery
