Job Summary

Build and optimize intelligent voice-based solutions by developing AI-driven conversational flows that integrate LLM/GenAI with speech technologies for telephony and real-time voice interactions. Design voice call flows using TTS and STT components, develop NLP/NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction, and implement context management with fallback and human handoff. Measure and monitor performance using metrics and dashboards to continuously improve conversation accuracy, latency, and response quality at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop AI-driven conversation flows integrating LLM/GenAI capabilities with speech technologies for telephony and real-time voice interactions.
•Design and develop voice solution call flows using TTS and STT components.
•Build and optimize NLP/NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction, including LLM-based context management.
•Implement context management, fallback handling, and a human handoff mechanism.
•Create metrics and dashboards to monitor system accuracy/performance and define benchmarks for STT transformation, response accuracy, and latency.

Key Requirements

•Specialize in Voice and Speech technologies to build and optimize intelligent voice-based solutions.
•Experience designing and deploying voice-based solution systems at enterprise level.
•Strong experience in conversational AI and NLP/NLU-based systems, including intent classification and entity extraction.
•Proven expertise in building scalable distributed systems and architecture capable of handling high traffic volumes.
•Expertise in one or more programming languages, including Python or Go; research-oriented mindset to evaluate emerging technologies.
