Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain complex Java applications with high performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
•Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle.
•Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
•Contribute to Banking and Capital Markets solutions, including trade lifecycle, risk analytics, reporting, data processing, and financial services workflows.
•Promote IT industry standards, tools, and practices including clean code, design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-ready engineering.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Java development.
•Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments is desirable.

•Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Cassandra).
•Experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
