Key Responsibilities

  • •Support EAC development, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting, including analysis of actual costs, ETC, staffing, material, and other key cost drivers.
  • •Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI and SPI, and develop variance explanations and corrective actions for cost and schedule variances.
  • •Partner with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and scheduling to monitor program performance and ensure alignment between cost, schedule, and technical execution.
  • •Support baseline development and maintenance, budget change, and other program control activities.
  • •Prepare and support timely, accurate external IPMDAR reporting and internal/customer financial reporting requirements, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and compliant.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and/or variance analysis.
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to access the financial management system under government contractual requirements.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EAC development (preferred).
