Build and grow consumer and business customer relationships in a branch banking environment. Use proactive outreach, pre-set appointments, and referrals to identify customer financial goals and recommend deposit, loan, and related banking products. Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
•Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
•Recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services based on customers’ financial goals and needs.
•Educate customers on optimizing their use of online, mobile, and ATM banking.
•Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies while adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED plus at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or business-to-business sales experience, or military service in a related role.
•Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
•Educate and refer customers to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services; subject to background check and fingerprint requirements per NMLS regulations.
