Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, technology, or insurance with client-facing responsibilities.

  • •Practical experience with Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent document processing, conversational AI, or similar applications.
  • •3+ years of insurance industry experience via consulting, transformation, solution development, or industry roles.
  • •Fluency in German and English, with willingness to work across DACH and Europe.
