Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day preconstruction operations, including communications, preliminary budget estimates, design cost estimates, design-development cost estimates, and GMP proposals with value engineering.
  • •Analyze and gather additional project information (preliminary schedules, procurement schedule, GMP, construction documents, blueprints, and bid packages) to support accurate estimating.
  • •Compile and present best-practice value engineering and cost savings opportunities to senior leaders to help meet budget constraints.
  • •Manage preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and procurement teams through design stages, including supervising review and estimation of drawings, BIM, and specifications.
