Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmaps for healthcare organizations.
•Embed with customers to understand priorities and pain points, then work backward to prioritize use cases tied to immediate business value.
•Design high-value workflows with engineers and researchers and help direct execution of the AI vision across healthcare settings.
•Establish project governance, manage challenging stakeholder conversations, and drive change management and product adoption across customer orgs.
•Quantify and articulate business value delivered, refine go-to-market motion, and translate learnings into reusable playbooks to grow healthcare footprint.

Key Requirements

•Bring deep subject matter expertise in healthcare (how hospitals run, risk adjustment, or Medicare) with a commitment to expanding access and effectiveness.
•Have a proven track record delivering end-to-end on large, complex healthcare products.
•Ability to abstract complex systems into clear frameworks for end-users, engineers, and executives.
•Experience working on high-leverage, impactful problems in hospital systems, health-enabled services, or health-tech.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs (or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up).
