Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define long-term AI strategy and transformation roadmaps for healthcare organizations.
  • •Embed with customers to understand priorities and pain points, then work backward to prioritize use cases tied to immediate business value.
  • •Design high-value workflows with engineers and researchers and help direct execution of the AI vision across healthcare settings.
  • •Establish project governance, manage challenging stakeholder conversations, and drive change management and product adoption across customer orgs.
  • •Quantify and articulate business value delivered, refine go-to-market motion, and translate learnings into reusable playbooks to grow healthcare footprint.

Key Requirements

  • •Bring deep subject matter expertise in healthcare (how hospitals run, risk adjustment, or Medicare) with a commitment to expanding access and effectiveness.
  • •Have a proven track record delivering end-to-end on large, complex healthcare products.
  • •Ability to abstract complex systems into clear frameworks for end-users, engineers, and executives.
  • •Experience working on high-leverage, impactful problems in hospital systems, health-enabled services, or health-tech.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs (or demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up).
