Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and administer administration work functions across stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and SOPs.
  • •Train store teams on store operating systems to minimize discrepancies and support day-to-day operational excellence.
  • •Investigate and report till discrepancies and support investigations related to stock takes and physical inventory counts.
  • •Develop and implement store procedures with regional leadership, review SOPs based on audits, and drive corrective actions.
  • •Maintain and enhance store system processes (including SAP ECC.6) and support operational requirements for new store openings.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in a Finance or Administrative role, preferably store-based.
  • •Proficiency with SAP (SAP ECC.6).
  • •Degree is advantageous.
  • •Strong administrative and compliance skills, including knowledge of procedures and SOPs.
  • •Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
