Own measurement and tuning for the Blitz gaming platform, partnering with game designers and product managers to shape player experience and game performance. Run end-to-end A/B tests, analyze and calibrate game parameters and economic structures, and turn findings into actionable recommendations. Build simulations and prototypes to pressure-test changes, monitor results post-launch, and maintain dashboards that align Data and Gaming teams on key KPIs.
