Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Execute daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotion support, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Partner with Store Management to improve sales-driven KPIs and follow asset protection policies (shortage prevention, inventory control, compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Possess at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Able to work rotational shifts (nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, email) plus Point of Sale system operation.
