Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the NPI lifecycle for datacenter hardware, GPU servers, and board products from first-article validation to mass production ramp, ensuring quality and delivery timelines.
  • •Provide DFM/DFT feedback in early-stage hardware design reviews to optimize production quality and first-pass yield (FPY).
  • •Coordinate with ODM/CM engineering teams to resolve production issues, enhance yield, and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • •Define hardware test requirements, analyze test failures, and guide factory debugging of complex PCBA and server platform issues via failure analysis.
  • •Forecast and plan production test equipment, tooling, and factory capacity, and maintain global-ready SOPs and test specifications for traceability from R&D to mass production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: TWD 1,915,550 - 2,736,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of Product Engineering or NPI experience with servers, GPU/AI computing platforms, or datacenter hardware.
  • •Familiarity with mass production workflows and test strategy for PCBA and server motherboard/system integration, with product-level ownership of quality, yield, and cost.
  • •Hands-on experience conducting DFM/DFT reviews with R&D teams to deliver actionable design optimization feedback.
  • •Prior experience partnering with ODM/CM manufacturers, managing cross-site coordination and issue escalation independently.
  • •Working knowledge of yield analysis and failure analysis methods/tools (e.g., FA lab, X-ray, ICT/FCT testing) and translating findings into product improvements.
