Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with strategic customers and partners to understand workflows, data environments, technical constraints, and operational pain points.
  • •Lead AI-assisted RiskOS workflow deployments from prototype to production, including discovery, scoping, design, build, integration, testing, rollout, and adoption.
  • •Translate customer policies, SOPs, and operational processes into RiskOS workflows, integrations, data mappings, case flows, and agent behaviors for reliable production operation.
  • •Write code and configure systems to connect RiskOS with customer infrastructure, security boundaries, APIs, data sources, and analyst/operational tools.
  • •Evaluate and improve agentic workflows using testing, evals, observability, guardrails, feedback, and production learnings while measuring customer impact.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience in hands-on, forward-deployed/implementation-style roles.
  • •Strong ability building practical solutions across APIs, integrations, workflow logic, data mappings, and production systems.
  • •Experience owning ambiguous customer problems end to end—balancing scope, speed, quality, risk, and long-term platform leverage.
  • •Customer-facing experience working directly with enterprise customers or strategic partners to understand messy workflows and ship outcomes.
  • •Familiarity with AI/ML or agentic systems in production, especially Python, SQL, LLM workflows, retrieval systems, tool calling, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
