Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned to business objectives, leading recruitment for both non-executive and executive roles. Partner with senior leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to understand workforce planning, improve sourcing using labor-market insights, and drive inclusive hiring aligned to DEI initiatives. Lead a high-performing recruitment team, oversee end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, manage recruitment KPIs, and strengthen employer branding through channels like LinkedIn, career fairs, and networking.
