Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical accounting, including documentation of accounting policies (cost of revenue, allocations, leases, revenue, stock-based compensation, fixed assets).
  • •Serve as an advisor on strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • •Review monthly financials to ensure adherence to accounting policies.
  • •Coordinate with external audit firms for quarterly and annual audit requirements and lead IPO preparedness evaluation of financial statement presentation and disclosures.
  • •Participate in Finance Transformation initiatives by enhancing/upgrading tooling and applying an AI-first approach to scale processes.

Key Requirements
