Job Summary

Support daily operations at a block manufacturing plant by partnering with the Plant Manager to run safe, efficient, high-quality production. Lead and coach plant employees, schedule output based on demand and inventory, and maintain raw material/resale inventories. Ensure equipment uptime through maintenance and repairs, uphold block quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain reporting and documentation systems, including moisture analysis and mix adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Plant Manager to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality block manufacturing.
•Lead and support employees; hire, train, and supervise plant workers.
•Schedule production based on sales demand and inventory needs.
•Perform maintenance/repairs, troubleshoot production issues, and minimize downtime.
•Handle reporting, inventory, moisture analysis, mix adjustments, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Key Requirements
