Key Responsibilities

  • •Own personal training and development in partnership with a leader and complete the program to transition into an Account Manager role.
  • •Work with the Integrated Sales team to drive growth via new business opportunities and business development for stable or dormant accounts.
  • •Manage account relationships by presenting and executing solutions that improve customer retention and enable new sales.
  • •Maintain proficiency in manufacturing and internal systems, and in customers’ products, processes, and equipment for the targeted market.
  • •Effectively manage sales plans and rolling forecast, working capital directives, and report out on customer audits/trials with Technical Service as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college/university in a related field, or equivalent education and related experience.
