Key Responsibilities

•Provide management, coordination, liaison, and expert guidance for the USSOCOM Enterprise POTFF program, including support to component headquarters staff.
•Design, develop, and adapt mathematical and statistical models and techniques to support scientific work and advise on likely effects of alternative actions.
•Support strategic planning and evaluate enterprise-wide POTFF programs by developing measures of effectiveness and recommending actions for human performance initiatives.
•Conduct and support research—including methodological development, data analytics, interpretation of findings, and recommendations—under government supervision.
•Assist with development of capability and doctrine inputs (ICDs, CDDs, Capability Production Documents, DOTMLPF DCR, and SOFCIDS) and stay current through meetings and technical briefings.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,155 - 150,385 annually

Key Requirements

•PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or a related discipline.
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a related field.
•Knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to develop, adapt, and apply models for human performance optimization.
•Ability to gather, analyze, and cleanse data to produce valid and reliable findings and present recommendations in briefings, papers, or reports.
•Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally and lead research teams within time and financial constraints.

Experience:5+ years

Education:PhD / Doctorate in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science (or related discipline)
