Key Requirements

  • •2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience writing estimates for dwelling and structural damages.
  • •Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.
  • •Proficient knowledge of residential construction and interpretation of property claims contracts, case law, and applicable state laws/regulations.
  • •Ability to travel 50–75% of the year and acquire/maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days (up to 3 attempts).
