Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and investment vehicles.
  • •Oversee the preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
  • •Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit findings.
  • •Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • •Partner with the deal teams, treasury, and legal to support transaction execution and post-close accounting.

Key Requirements
