Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply layout guidelines and new process rules to produce quality layouts for standard cells and I/O memories.
  • •Create and manage schedules, including timeline and layout floor-planning.
  • •Complete quality layout and verification (including required checks) within the planned schedule for experienced engineering needs.
  • •Learn new methodologies quickly, share ideas, and communicate well with the library team.
  • •Lead or train junior engineers and contribute to documentation of layout methodology, layout flow, and guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong layout knowledge with 3 to 4 years of experience.
  • •Experience with Cadence layout and Cadence schematic capture, plus CALIBRE and Hercules verification tools.
  • •Strong layout knowledge in submicron processes (e.g., 16nm to 1.4nm).
  • •Experience in digital layout (standard cells, memory, I/O); analog layout is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of memory layout and physical verification (e.g., LVS, DRC, ERC, Antenna, electro migration in CMOS); leadership or training experience is a plus.
