Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, maintain, and ensure uptime of production and engineering virtual servers.
  • •Provide infrastructure support and application deployment assistance for engineering software support teams.
  • •Support infrastructure service incidents and follow internal escalation procedures, including team rotation.
  • •Handle ServiceNow tickets and construct services based on architecture diagrams.
  • •Ensure systems meet Thales security standards, maintain SLA availability through monitoring, and provide weekly service availability reports, including 7/24 on-call support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years, or an equivalent combination.
  • •At least 5 years of Linux enterprise infrastructure experience.
  • •At least 5 years administering VMware vSphere and vCenter, and Azure Stack.
  • •Strong knowledge administering applications on Microsoft Windows and Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu preferred), plus troubleshooting and planning skills.
  • •Experience supporting software development environments, including administering Microsoft Active Directory (ideal candidate).
