Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce, Recommendation) - 2026 Start (PhD)

Build and scale e-commerce recommendation algorithms and systems, including commodity, live-stream, and short-video recommendations. Develop long- and short-term user interest models, and design predictive models for candidate generation and ranking such as CTR and conversion-rate prediction. Create and optimize real-time data pipelines, features, and model improvements, plus supporting tools. Run experiments, debug deployed models, and collaborate across engineering to deploy AI/ML solutions.
