Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
  • •Follow packing procedures including scanning/validation and precision weighing using the correct scales.
  • •Use Weight Assisted Computer, MES, and SAP to maintain inventory and confirm pack-out, scrap loss, and delivery quantities.
  • •Apply strict labeling procedures, including printing/reprinting, selecting label sizes, proper label placement, and disposing of extra/ruined labels.
  • •Close containers (crimping and tamper evidence seals) and maintain safe, clean, organized work areas while following PPE and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Preferred: 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience.

  • •Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
  • •Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift and frequently lift up to 35 lbs; frequently move, lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.
