Coordinate customer orders for completed chillers/units in Taicang by entering new orders, tracking clean order status, and communicating delivery plans with the sales team. Manage orders and inventory to ensure timely shipment, handle shipping documents, and provide required documentation (e.g., FCR/PL) as deliveries occur. Support urgent email responses and drive continuous improvement in order processes.
