•Support Investor Relations leadership with implementation of a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
•Perform consensus tracking and peer analytics, including peer performance, valuation metrics, and earnings release summaries.
•Assist in earnings preparation, including earnings presentations and Q&A support with executive-ready responses.
•Monitor and provide shareholder analytics, including ownership mix, sentiment, trading patterns, and preparation of board materials.
•Track and report on IVZ share trading, manage the investor relations inbox, and support non-deal roadshows and other marketing activities.

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of SEC filings, disclosure rules, and regulations.
•Highly analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, plus excellent writing and presentation skills.
