Key Responsibilities

  • •Review user-generated content (images, video, and text) to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • •Perform daily quality inspection tasks, including guideline/process optimization, queue assignment, and handling escalations.
  • •Conduct daily audits on an internal system and provide error analysis and feedback to stakeholders (R&D & Product Manager).
  • •Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root cause analysis with the management team, and analyze/record daily project output.
  • •Localize guidelines, design training schedules, coordinate go-live, and deliver process/product/guideline training to new joiners.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Fluency in Czech is required; fluent English is required for working language.
  • •Work experience with search engines and social media platforms, preferably with search-relevant business experience.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders, including stakeholder management.
  • •Experience in analysis and communication with flexibility; preferred experience in project management or project operations.
