Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Work with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, and work plan schedules and milestones.
  • •Define project delivery resources, support complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline, and ensure functions remain on schedule by resolving or escalating issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings, collaborate on solutions and guide implementation to completion, and apply advanced knowledge to improve methods.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 monthly
