Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and set up workstations for new employees at the Lviv office
•Maintain asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
•Handle user requests in the ticketing system and adhere to SLA
•Perform basic maintenance of the office network infrastructure (patching, switching)
•Organize and provide technical support for online broadcasts for internal communications

•IT support experience of 6 months or completed IT-focused education

•High empathy, service orientation and communication skills
•Understanding of Service Desk principles and ticket systems
