Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
  • •Support in-store CRM, CX, and customer and people initiatives, including capturing customer data in line with marketing requirements.
  • •Collect and analyze customer behavior inputs (top sellers, slow movers) for business reviews.
  • •Drive client relationships within an omnichannel approach and provide pre-buying feedback on products.
  • •Ensure VM guideline and SOP adherence; support click-and-collect SLA delivery and in-store marketing events/activations.
