Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's).
  • •Use appropriate software tools to document all customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; support mobile service team as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
  • •Knowledge of high voltage systems, low voltage systems, and electric vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification.
