Job Summary

•Own and deliver the annual revenue mandate for large enterprise clients across assigned verticals.
•Establish and institutionalize long-term partnerships and joint business planning with C-level executives and marketing heads.
•Drive ad adoption across the PhonePe Consumer Payments App and the Indus Appstore, plus external publishers in the near term.
•Define the value proposition, ad product positioning, and pricing strategies; collaborate with Ad Product and Engineering to shape scalable ad tech solutions.
•Recruit, mentor, and retain sales/client partner and account management teams and foster a data-driven, consultative sales culture focused on client ROI.

Key Requirements

•10–12+ years total experience with 6–8 years of core digital ad sales experience at a top-tier digital publisher.
•Proven track record managing large revenue portfolios (PnLs) and delivering consistent YoY growth.
•Experience setting up ad monetization for a new publisher or launching a new business vertical/product line (0-to-1).
•Deep understanding of the Indian digital marketing ecosystem, including programmatic buying, data-driven targeting, and attribution modeling.
•Strong relationships with CMOs, brand heads, and media agency leadership across ecommerce, retail, food, and travel sectors.
