Job Summary

Provide onsite technical training and “reach-back” support to Field Engineers, planning and executing training to meet mission deadlines. Develop and maintain training programs, conduct safety and equipment classes, and assess deployment training needs and certification requirements. Prepare and deliver course materials with consistent quality, support technical manual development, and collaborate with engineers and review boards. Support the Coyote UAS weapon platform and handle 24/7 reach-back for deployed personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, integrate, and execute training to meet mission deadlines, including evaluating training effectiveness and comprehension.
•Develop training programs based on program needs, regulatory requirements, and a Quality Management System.
•Conduct safety, security, installation, maintenance, machinery, and equipment classes.
•Deploy and assess training needs and certification requirements before, during, and after deployments.
•Prepare and conduct training materials and classroom agendas; assist with technical manuals and interface with engineers/technical personnel to update lesson plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience working with military C-UAS systems.
•Experience briefing senior-level management.
•Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating training using written, verbal, hands-on, and tactical measurements.
