Key Responsibilities

  • •Own client relations and market analysis to develop account strategy, positioning, and growth plans for the Intelligence Community.
  • •Develop and execute strategic client account plans to achieve annual targets and grow program year over year.
  • •Manage capture and contract performance in the Washington DC region, including support for contract strategy and teaming.
  • •Lead and coordinate client engagement, identify new opportunities, and work with others to win task orders and new contracts.
  • •Monitor AECOM team performance on service delivery, facilitate risk management sign-offs, and address client concerns or corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalency).
  • •Professional experience working with U.S. Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • •Due to the nature of the role, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Professional experience with consultative selling approaches.
  • •Top Secret level security clearance.
