Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consistently high standards of customer experience in the store in accordance with brand values and service standards.
  • •Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals using planning and expense control.
  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development, and succession planning.
  • •Control payroll and scheduling to maintain a profitable location while delivering high service levels.
  • •Manage merchandise opportunities, inventory/shrink goals, physical inventory counts, and inbound/outbound merchandise processing.
