Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify legal process inefficiencies and opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
  • •Turn legal and compliance requirements into functional AI, automation, and technology solutions.
  • •Build and test AI agents in Copilot Studio for legal workflows such as contract intake, document Q&A, regulatory monitoring, clause extraction, and invoice review.
  • •Design and maintain Power Automate workflows for routing, approvals, reminders, escalation logic, and data movement between legal systems and SharePoint.
  • •Ground AI agents in accurate, permissioned data, run user testing to validate outputs, and maintain deployed agents and automations post-deployment while tracking adoption and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in legal operations, business analysis, process improvement, or legal technology support.
  • •Hands-on experience or demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and/or Copilot Studio.
  • •Familiarity with SharePoint as a data source, document library, and collaboration platform.
  • •Strong understanding of legal workflows such as contract lifecycle, compliance processes, or matter management.
  • •Comfort with prompt engineering and iterative testing to improve AI output accuracy and reliability.
