•Maintain performance in a fast-paced, changing production environment.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and be exposed to heat/cold as needed.
•Use safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, and masks as required.
