Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer project management for non-supervisory end-to-end (wing-to-wing) delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • •Develop an operational annual plan for the department and suggest improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
  • •Work within predefined contracts and frameworks, with some latitude to deviate from conditions.
  • •Check and clarify customer orders, load orders into the ERP system, and load milestones while monitoring and reporting progress.
  • •Coordinate witness requests and shipment arrangements, handle project/customer documents and milestone payments, and resolve disputes while collecting AR on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to plan and control workload in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.
