Job Summary

Senior technical recruiter responsible for end-to-end hiring for software and hardware roles in the Connected Warfare division. You will source, assess, and close top engineering talent, partner with leaders to shape talent strategy, and deliver a data-driven, high-volume recruiting process in a fast-paced defense tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates with open communication to stakeholders
•Establish deep trust and partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables
•Embed yourself into the business to understand product positioning, roadmap, and culture of the team
•Develop a strong understanding of the mission and pitch the team to close exceptional technical talent
•Track and analyze pipeline data to create data-driven narratives and momentum

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred)
•Experience hiring candidates within facets of robotics (computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, mapping, etc.)
•4+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Hiring Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress
•Experience acting in a consultative manner where guidance has led to improved outcomes and a positive candidate experience
•Strong understanding of the technical skills and experience required for Engineering positions within the business
