Job Summary

Support the sales team to achieve sales excellence by processing post-application and sales workflows with internal stakeholders to enable smooth customer service and sales delivery. Manage reporting and analytics for Mobile Sales, producing trends and key statistics to improve efficiency. Provide responsive customer support for account enquiries and maintenance, assist with investigations (SNAG items), and coordinate with Service Delivery to ensure customer needs are met. Contribute to operational improvements while following HSBC control standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Process post-application and sales processes with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth customer service and sales delivery.
•Manage reporting elements and generate trends, analysis, key statistics, reports, and data to improve Mobile Sales efficiency and productivity.
•Provide support to the RBWM business by assisting customers with account enquiries and ongoing account maintenance.
•Assist the sales team on SNAG (investigation) items and support fulfillment of sales and customer needs.
•Act as customer interface with Service Delivery to ensure facilities are executed efficiently and accurately, while contributing to operational improvements and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•University/College degree with 1 year of work experience in a relevant field.
•Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines with good time management.
•Excellent customer service orientation and good communication skills.
•Strong capacity to handle details and workflow processes efficiently and effectively.
•Strong competency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel; very strong Excel/Access skills required for MI focus).
•Fluent in Vietnamese; bilingual capability (English/Mandarin) is an added advantage.
