Key Responsibilities

  • •Research new frameworks and translate them into requirements mapped to the current control library.
  • •Evaluate and improve the control library by identifying inefficiencies or superfluous requirements.
  • •Keep current frameworks up to date as the compliance landscape changes.
  • •Build automations and documentation to help customers meet requirements with the minimum amount of friction.
  • •Improve the compliance product to make compliance easier for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong working knowledge of major compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
  • •Experience building security programs from scratch to meet compliance requirements.
  • •Comfort editing structured configuration files (JSON) and writing basic scripts to automate rule updates and validation checks.
  • •Ability to research new frameworks and break them into requirements that map to an existing control library.
  • •A self-starter mindset with initiative and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
