Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to and lead execution of the Campus Talent Acquisition strategy across Asia Pacific in partnership with global and regional leaders.
  • •Evolve and optimize the regional campus TA operating model using insights, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnerships.
  • •Partner with global and regional campus TA leaders to develop and execute campus recruiting strategies and key initiatives across the region.
  • •Lead end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives, leveraging data and market intelligence to optimize hiring strategies and operational performance.
  • •Develop and maintain university and external partnerships and coordinate with Recruitment Marketing and enterprise stakeholders to strengthen employer brand and deliver integrated early careers solutions.
