Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead regional deployment of FM Projects COE standards, playbooks, workflows, and technology solutions.
  • •Partner with project managers, facility leads, and service providers to embed new processes into daily operations and monitor adherence/effectiveness.
  • •Develop and execute change management plans, delivering consistent communications on timelines, expectations, and value.
  • •Conduct training and ongoing user enablement to reinforce process mastery and adoption.
  • •Maintain feedback loops with users and the COE, supporting root-cause analysis and refinement for recurring gaps or inefficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Facilities Management and a bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work/schooling).
  • •8+ years’ experience in Facilities Management, project delivery, or related technical fields.
  • •5+ years’ experience implementing standardized processes or enterprise solutions.
  • •Experience implementing change management, communications, and training for adoption of new processes/tools.
  • •Ability to travel between sites.
