Team Lead l

Lead and work hands-on with the production team while reporting to the Site Lead. Oversee a team across multiple manufacturing lines, collaborate with other departments, and drive performance to meet deliverables and quality goals. Use safety-first practices, monitor and report product quality, and make incremental process adjustments. Support plant manager instructions, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
